SINCE 2008, Holly and Charly Egner have concentrated on clean, renewable energy development through their company, Land Agent Services, LLC. As partners, they established a rigorous strategy to ensure the expertise,  growth and strength of Land Agent Services, LLC. Today, the company is a  thriving resource for clean energy developers seeking experienced  agents with expertise in all phases of land acquisition and site  control.

LAND AGENT SERVICES,LLC also offers clients assistance with deed pulling, contract completion, mapping, custom database creation for project tracking, and green field research.  Land Agent Services, LLC continues to do its part in bringing clean, renewable energy to the world today.

BEFORE STARTING LAND AGENT SERVICES,LLC  Holly and her husband, Charles, worked to build the national sales force for Books Are  Fun, a highly successful start-up, with Books are Fun subsequently being acquired for 380 million by the Readers Digest Company.

HOLLY HELD THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR, INTERNATIONAL PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT in the New York City Headquarters of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell  and Co. (now KPMG), an international accounting, tax and business consulting practice. Her duties included the selection and coordination of specialist teams providing assistance to U.S. companies doing  business abroad and to foreign companies doing business in the U.S. Holly also was responsible for marketing strategies, publications,  public relations, and budget management of the U.S. International  Department.

WHILE EMPLOYED BY THE STATE OF NEW YORK,  Holly directed the production of educational films, including  supervising crew in all phases of production.

HOLLY HAS A BACHELORS DEGREE IN COMMUNICATIONS AND A MASTERS IN PSYCHOLOGY. Her work over the years has focused on renewable energy, business growth strategies and education.
